Hanna Weber (*1987) is an art and architecture historian. She works as a curator in Bern (Switzerland) and Freiburg (Germany). In her curatorial practice, she focuses on collective work processes and the relationships that humans form with their built and natural environments.

 

In 2022, she received her doctorate from the Bauhaus University Weimar with a thesis on the repurposing of post-war churches. Previously she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Art and Visual History at Humboldt University in Berlin. Most recently, she curated the two-year program Art in Public Space in Freiburg-Gutleutmatten for the Cultural Office of the City of Freiburg. 

Hanna Weber studied art history, communication sciences, and psychology at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (B.A.) and Humboldt University in Berlin (M.A.). She is co-founder of the curatorial collective CUCO – curatorial concepts berlin e.V., which was founded in 2015.
